Contact Us
We are dedicated to a great customer experience and appreciate feedback. Common questions can often be answered by our Frequently Asked Questions. If that does not answer your questions, fill out and submit the form below and we will be in contact as soon as possible. We will typically respond within one business day.
Our service allows you to find and purchase video by yourself. You do not need to contact us to get video. Start by selecting a state and location. Use the interactive map to find the camera closest to the point of interest. Select the camera and select a date. After that, preview video and view its properties. Add the hours of video you want to your cart and checkout. Once your order has finished processing, download your videos.
Traffic cameras are often pan/tilt/zoom and can be repositioned to view the aftermath of an accident. A camera's current, real-time
video may show the camera facing a different direction than archived footage. Use the video preview feature to determine the direction a camera
was facing for a specific date and time. You may also be able to find another camera close by that recorded the event.
We cannot provide video footage from the back or side of a camera.
We capture from as many cameras as possible state by state. If you see a camera on your commute that you do not see on our map, it may be a non-camera sensor or a camera that the state does grant access to the public. We also remove cameras that do not produce video. If the camera is not on our map, we do not have archived video for it.
Sometimes traffic cameras malfunction or experience network issues that prevent us from capturing video. If our website says video is not available, we really do not have it. We do not have hidden backups or secret vaults that we use to hide video from the public. We built this service to do exactly the opposite.
Screening video is extremely time consuming. To keep our price low, we do not screen video. However, we want to minimize your risk of purchasing unhelpful video so we provide tools to help screen video yourself. While browsing, you will see options by each hour of video to preview the video and view its properties. The preview shows a frame from every five minutes of video. Use these frames to help you determine whether the camera captured the point of interest. View video properties to determine video resolution, length, frame rate, size, and an availability timeline. The timeline will show you which minutes could not be recorded and are unavailable.
You can determine a video's resolution, length, frame rate, and size by viewing its properties which is found next to the video preview feature. Traffic camera footage is generally low resolution and highly compressed which makes reading license plate numbers and other markings difficult to impossible.
We do not provide a video enhancement service. Due the typically low resolution and high compression of traffic camera footage, we have found video enhancers to not be very effective. However, video enhancers continually improve so you might find an enhancer that provides what you need.

If you are still unsure, purchase the hour that you think is best and if you need the other hour click the 'No' button below to show the contact form and let us know.
If you bought video from the wrong camera or the wrong date or time, we will help you get the correct video. Click the 'No' button below to show the contact form and let us know.
Bulk orders are generally orders greater than ten videos. We discount bulk orders heavily. The amount of the discount is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be calculated relative to the number of videos requested. To request a bulk order, click the 'No' button below to show the contact form and let us know.
We sell video by the hour and do not trim video to reduce cost. At times, customers are able to be reimbursed for purchased video by their insurance companies. We recommend you reach out to your insurance company to determine if that is an option for you. Your attorney may also purchase video for you as part of your case.
Some videos may not play well with your device's built in media player so we recommend VLC Player, a free and robust media application. You can generally tell if your video is corrupt by flashing colors, white noise and other extreme visual anomalies. In the case of truly corrupted video, you may be eligible for a refund. If you believe your video is corrupt and want to request a refund, click the 'No' button below to show the contact form and let us know.
We do not offer refunds, except in the case of corrupted video, so be sure to do your research before purchasing video. Use the video preview and properties features to help you screen video.
